Permissions still screwy in Graal OpenJDK builds

On my system (linux) it would be user "root" and group "root", but note
that tar(1) will preserve the permissions from the archive. For the graal
archive this would be 755 (readable for other users too).
Alternatively, you can specify "--no-same-permissions" and let umask(1)
determine the permissions. Also, you can specify the user and group with
"--owner=USER" and "--group=GROUP" if you wish.
