While preparing for this upcoming webrev for our deoptimization work using your trampoline infrastructure, I noticed we still call installHsailCode but that no longer contains code for a special HsailCodeInstaller (which we both agreed we no longer need).  So now it looks just like the original graalCompilerToVM.installCode0 so I will just redirect to that.

As a side question, what does this code accomplish?  Does it install the host trampoline code associated with the hsail kernel?
