Building Graal on Windows

Hi Raffaello,

I am running on Windows 8 (64 bit) and it works fine for me on a modern
direct x version (DirectX 11)
I think the information on the wiki is just outdated.

Can you try if you can continue without installing any specific directx
version?
Let us know if it worked, so we can update the wiki.
