Proposal to cleanup the API of com.oracle.truffle.api.source package

Hi,
there seems to be overall interest in the API and documentation of Truffle, so 
it makes sense to let you know that another API I am trying to stiff a bit 
(e.g. perform some lobotomy) is api.source package. Here is my current patch:

I'd like to integrate it tomorrow. Comments here, via personal email or other 
means welcomed!
