GraalVM 0.18 release

Hi guys,

GraalVM 0.18 with the latest bits of Graal, Truffle, Graal.JS, 
Ruby+Truffle and FastR just landed on OTN.

Besides the latest bits, we have added builds for the Solaris SPARC 
platform.

The bits are based on Truffle 0.19 and LabsJDK 8 with JVMCI 0.22.

Next release is planned for early December.
