Soliciting submissions for Graal workshop at CGO 2019

Gentle reminder, submissions deadline is next week (Dec. 15th), but no
worries!

The format for submissions is somewhat semi-formal i.e. a 2/3 page extended
abstract or a few slides to describe the proposal for the presentation.

If you are working on a submission and would like to get an extension,
please do make a request.
