GraalVM 0.32

Hello,

we have released GraalVM 0.32 on the Oracle Tech Network (OTN):
http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/oracle-labs/program-languages/downloads/index.html

It includes:
- Graal SDK and Truffle 0.32 (also available on Maven Central)
- JDK 8u151 with JVMCI 0.40

The next release is scheduled for the beginning of April.
