Graal JVMCI 8 and MacOS 10.13?

How is the build being done? We never build the agent code.

I'm building the hotspot code fine on my Mac which is running 10.13. This is with the usual `mx build` command.

Not sure if it will make a difference, but the sources are at https://github.com/graalvm/graal-jvmci-8.
