JVMCI 20.2-b02 release

The 20.2-b02 release fixes an issue discovered in the recent 20.2-b01 release:

	• GR-24474: Do not call JVMCI::shutdown if -EnableJVMCI.

The OpenJDK based Windows, Linux and macOS binaries are available at:

The “master” branches of the mx, graal and graal-enterprise repos have been updated to use jvmci-20.2-b02 in the CI system.
