No. These discussions are aimed at *any* code AFAIK. However, I am
pretty sure that these discussions will take a significant time, less
time that is likely needed for me to go through the copyright grantback
procedure for the couple of files in question. And the end result of
these discussions isn't clear either (although I hope it will turn out
to be good).
