   Looks like there's some sanity left in this world.
   We got a clarification from our lawyers that we're
   allowed to look at the code for "evaluation purposes"
   without the contributor having to sign the SCA.

   It indeed seemed very silly to force people to
   share the copyright to the code just so that we can
   look at it.

   However, in order for it to be integrated the submitter
   will still have to sign the SCA, obviously.
