[OpenJDK Rasterizer] Marlin renderer contribution for review

Changes:
- discussed changes in Dasher, Stroker, TransformingPathConsumer2D
- indentation, line breaks (continuation lines)
- revert many float suffix in math operations (useless ? does the compiler
make conversions ?)
