References to Mercurial on page "OpenJDK Projects"

Hello,

Section "Becoming an Author" of the "OpenJDK Developers’ Guide" [1] links to
page "OpenJDK Projects" [2] in the sentence "The OpenJDK Project description
has a template for such an email."  I couldn't figure out where the source
code for [2] is located,[3] so I'm asking on this ML instead.

Page "OpenJDK Projects" [2] contains many references to Mercurial, which seem
to be outdated and should probably be updated to refer to Git, GitHub, and
maybe GitHub PRs.
