RFR: Remove glossary

The glossary only had four entries and (almost) no attempts has been made to add more to it since it was created. Two of the entries are CSR keywords that are better explained in the CSR documentation, and one describes the word "changeset" which is also described better elsewhere in the guide. The only word that actually has been added to the glossary since the start is "trivial". It was added to the glossary since it was seen as an area specific term that only HotSpot developers used. Since then it has spread and is frequently used in most areas, so moving it to the review section seems more appropriate.
