RFR: Adding links to keywords [v2]

> This is a large change but it should be relatively easy to review. It adds links to Bylaws definitions of "keywords" throughout the guide. There are some minor cosmetic changes as well, but no "real" changes.

Jesper Wilhelmsson has updated the pull request with a new target base due to a merge or a rebase. The pull request now contains two commits:
