summary page for process workflow?

There is a utility I wrote back in my JavaTest days called "htmljoin"
that could join a set of HTML files into a single file, adjusting
header levels, cross-references, and other fixups as needed. We used
it to convert the online help files for JavaTest into a single
document that could be printed. Perhaps we could use something like
that to create the big one-page version.
