guide: errata and suggestion

Errata:
On the page http://openjdk.java.net/guide/changePlanning.html#feature
the bug states listed are pre-Bugster. They should be updated to the 
current terminology -- eg. "8-Fix Available"

Suggestion:
This one is a hot topic today :-( I know "Adding an API" is TBD, but 
when you do get around to writing it,
please can you make sure to note that if you're adding a package you 
need to update the contents of the
API bundle in jdk/make/docs/*.gmk.
