Sub-project repo - does it exist?

Hi,

Has there been a sub-project repo created for the BeOS port of OpenJDK?
Also, what is the best environment to work on the port in?  Is Haiku
preferred over BeOS R5?  Can the JDK be cross-compiled like Haiku is?
