CFV: New haiku Committer: Hamish Morrison

I hereby nominate Hamish Morrison to Haiku Port Committer.

Hamish has made commits to Haiku to support the OpenJDK port, and is
working on the Haiku OpenJDK port for this Google Summer of Code.  He
has solved a number of outstanding issues.
