harfbuzz-dev: Should this list be archived?

Hi Phil,

I'm keen to propose shutting down the lists where the owners have 
explicitly agreed that the lists should be shut down.

Where the lists, owners, leads, and members, are all silent for over a 
month, I expect I won't include them in the archive proposal, TBH.

Better to stick with the ones where we already have a clear "yes, archive 
this list" from the list owners.

It does kinda illustrate my point though, when I get total silence from 
all list-affiliates (owners, leads, & members) after a full month.

As for "entitled", I feel I've missed your point. 

I do feel I can ask people to do things if I think it'll help the 
community, yes.
