Announcement: Visualization tool for client compiler

I recently putback changes to C2 to output the files that the C2 visualizer 
expects and we're trying to figure out how we want to handle licensing of it so 
that we can put the visualizer up as a java.net project as well.  Hopefully we 
can get figure this out fairly quickly.
