Fixed 6707485: bytecodeInterpreterWithChecks.xsl is malformed

The file src/share/vm/interpreter/bytecodeInterpreterWithChecks.xsl
places the xsl:output tag within the xsl:template element. The xslt
spec says that the output tag must be at the top level (i.e. a child
of xsl:stylesheet).
