JRE build

Thanks for your notice in advance. Can I make a JRE build (without any JDK
nor javacc) of OpenJDK 7 ? I already tried to use macro BUILD_JDK=false for
both of the Makefile 's in hotspot folder and openjdk root folder, but that
did not make any runnable Java.
