Profiling Interpreter

Hello,

Would somebody kindly answer this question:

Does the profiling of a method interpretation start from the begging of the method interpretation or  it does later when the method is already invoked as many as CompileThreshold * InterpreterProfilePercentage/ 100 ? 

I believe profiling the interpretation is by default disable for x86_32bit platforms? Can you explain why and is it the same in the server mode and the Tiered mode?
