I'd appreciate some reviews of 6866585: debug code in ciObjectFactory
too slow for large objects.

(The bug is not yet visible on bugs.sun.com; it should be sometime
soon.)

Before the change, a fastdebug build took 6+ minutes to run the test;
now it takes a few seconds.

Since I almost never touch compiler code, I'd also appreciate
recommendations for tests to run.
