IdealGraphVisualizer file compatibility

Ah, thanks for the readme link.
I can't get hotspot 1.6.0_25 or 1.7.0 to recognise the
PrintIdealGraphLevel/PrintIdealGraphFile options. I tried with
UnlockDiagnosticVMOptions etc as well. to no avail. Is there something
else needed to expose this?
