Removed LoadUI2L node from Ideal. Replaced it with an equivalent
predicate in AD files. Verified for a simple testcase that generated
code isn't changed.

Testing: manual, JPRT, CTW (full testlist on solaris_x64), VM testbase
(linux_x64).
