RFR (S): TraceTypeProfile as diagnostic option

As per Vladimir request, I did the experiment what are the increases in
binary sizes with this change, these are below 100 bytes in either
client or server VM.

Is there something else I need to take care of to get this patch in
(e.g. submit the CR?)
