Request for Review: JDK-8006937:[obj|type]ArrayKlass::oop_print_on prints one line to tty instead of the provided output stream

Request for review for a very small change. In 
objArrayKlass::oop_print_on() the output should be printed to the 
provided output stream and not to 'tty'.

This fix is already in hsx25 and this review request is for hsx24.
