RFR(XS): 8013546: compiler/8011901/Test8011901.java fails with CompilationError: Compilation failed

Folks,

Could I get a quick review for this change?  Test8011901.java is failing 
in hsx24 as it does not implement this JDK8 feature.  I removed the test 
from hsx24.
