RFR(M): 8016602 - revert SPARC V8 patch

Folks,

My earlier change set below is responsible for two regressions. 8016602 
(BigApps) and 8022644 java.util.streams InfiniteStreamWithLimitOpTest test.

summary:     8008407: remove SPARC V8 support

As the V8 removal was really touchy and I had to work back from the 
whole V8 removal to what I pushed in June, I would like to remove this 
change set.  This change has been tested with JPRT.

We can decide later to remove V8 in HotSpot - or work forward with a V9 
clean implementation in Graal.
