RFR (XS): 8039045: PPC64: need include in adl generated files after 8001532

Hi,

please review and test this small change that fixes the ppc64 build after
the node files refactoring.  I only need to add a single include in
the adlc generated dfa file.

Unfortunately I missed testing that change, sorry for that.

Also, I removed an include to assembler_ppc.inline.hpp.
That is covered by asm/macroAssembler.inline.hpp since
the assembler file refactoring.
