RFR (S): 8033168: PPC64: gcc 4.8 warning in output_c.cpp

Hi,

Please review and test this change:

It fixes the warnings with gcc 4.8  when compiling adlc
introduced in 8003854 with the ppc port.

This also needs to be downported to jdk8u via ppc-aix-port/stage.
