RFR(S): 8027829: CompileCommand does not accept all JLS-conformant class/method names

Typo 'r' in CompilerCommand:

!       tty->print("CompilerOracle: %s ", command_names[command]);
!       tty->print("CompilerCommand: %s ", command_names[command]);

Otherwise it looks good.
