[8u40] Request for approval: backports of JDK-8056091 (S), JDK-8055903 (L) and JDK-8055904 (L)

Hi all,

I'd like to backport fixes for JDK-8056091, JDK-8055903 and JDK-8055904 
to 8u40.

For JDK-8056091 I updated dates in the copyright notice.
Original patches for JDK-8055903 and JDK-8055904 were applied without 
changes.


JDK-8056091: Move compiler/intrinsics/mathexact/sanity/Verifier to 
compiler/testlibrary and extend its functionality
