RFR (XXS): 8067157: Closed compiler tests should not be in hotspot/test/TEST.groups

Hi,

please review this small change.

Issue: closed/compiler do not belong to hotpost/test, so they shouldn't 
be in hotspot/test/TEST.groups

Fix: Replace closed/compiler tests with 
sanity/ExecuteInternalVMTests.java to keep the hotspot_compiler_closed group
