That is right, there is one web CR per JBS issue.

To not mix things too much, maybe it would be better if you sent out 
your updated patch for 8075930 to hotspot-dev at openjdk.java.net and 
aarch64-port-dev at openjdk.java.net (where you've sent out the initial 
RFR). That way people subscribed only to those lists could see the 
discussion conclude.

I would be glad to provide a review (although I am a Committer and not a 
*R*eviewer) and I could also push the changeset for you.
