RFR (XXS): 8141129: 3 compiler control tests fail on product builds

Hi,

please review the following fix for Compiler Control tests.
In these tests -XX:+UnlockDiagnosticVMOptions should be placed before 
the PrintAssembly.
Removed unused commented imports also.
