[9] RFR(S): 8138815: improve tests CompilerToVM::getStackTraceElement

Hi guys!

Please review this small patch.
I added a "native" function and some others functions to test cases, 
added messages to asserts and added one more check for line numbers.
To get line numbers with bci I picked out getBciToLineNumber function to 
CTVMUtilities class.
