[9] RFR (L) 8143012: CRC32 Intrinsics support on SPARC

Greetings,

          I am trying to get my changes in for this bug 
https://bugs.openjdk.java.net/browse/JDK-8143012 . The link to the code 
on the code review server is below. Attached to the bug report are 
benchmarks on two different SPARC systems (viewable only by reviewers).
