PrintNMethodsAtLevel is unused

Hi Compiler Team,

For the work to use the unified logging framework in the GC code I've 
been digging around in the Print flags in Hotspot. I noticed that 
PrintNMethodsAtLevel is an unused product flag.

Thought I'd let you know about it.
