Hi,

please review fix for 8162944 - Testbug: jdk.test.lib.Utils in root repo 
missing newer methods

jdk.test.lib.Utils deprecated copy was updated with new methods, so, 
these methods has to be copied into actual version in root repo. This 
fix copies 3 respective methods.

I've tested this fix on linux-amd64 by running tests which use root version.
