RFR(XXS): 8158024: CodeCache JFR events reporting wrong data

Please review this tiny correction to the problem reported in: 
https://bugs.openjdk.java.net/browse/JDK-8157024

Fixed improper scaling of CodeCache property 'unallocatedCapacity'.

This is the open portion of the change.

Tested with modified versions of test-cases (but unsuitable to add due 
to indeterminism):
.../jdk/test/closed/com/oracle/jfr/event/compiler/TestCodeCacheFull.java
.../jdk/test/closed/com/oracle/jfr/event/compiler/TestCodeCacheStats.java

No dedicated test(s) added. Standard (compiler) pre-integration testing. 
JFR file inspection.
