CR for RFR 8164989

Hi Folks,

I would like to contribute a bug fix for SKX and KNL EVEX code gen.  The inflate and compress intrinsics on avx512 yield incorrect results and cause derby, sunflow, xml.transform and xml.validation to fail.  I have disabled the avx512 context for compress as it needs some rework and repaired inflate.  Please review the resultant code.

This code was tested as follows: hotspot jreg, SPECjvm2008 bdw, skx, knl complete with no issues.  This change addresses http://hg.openjdk.java.net/jdk9/hs-comp/hotspot/rev/4a39ee246f70 which was added in early May.
