RFR(XS) [8u] 8164508: unexpected profiling mismatch in c1 generated code

Hi!

Would some please review the backported changes of jdk8164508 to 8u:

It is a *very* straightforward backport. The only difference is that I 
had to modify (remove) the package used for the testcase.
