RFR(XS): 8148353: [linux-sparc] Crash in libawt.so on Linux SPARC

It all looks reasonable, but I'm still not clear on the connection 
between CCallingConventionRequiresIntsAsLongs and signx in move32_64.  
Do they cover different paths, so both are needed, or does 
CCallingConventionRequiresIntsAsLongs mean that move32_64 is used less 
often?
