RFR (M): 8150767: Update for x86 SHA Extensions enabling

Hi all

I would like to contribute a patch which optimizes SHA-1 and SHA-256 for 64 and 32 bit X86 architecture using Intel SHA extensions.
Could you please review and sponsor this patch.
