8160471: compiler/rangechecks/TestRangeCheckEliminationDisabled.java fails after JDK-8150900

Hi,

please review this small fix that adds UnlockDiagnosticVMOptions. 
The test began to fail in product builds after the fix for JDK-8150900 that makes PostLoopMultiversioning a diagnostic option.
