Hi Vivek,

Changes looks fine to me.

What testing you did? Since we don't have EVEX machines for out testing 
we are relying on you to run tests on these machines.

In addition to Hotspot jtreg tests please run, at least, 
jdk/test/java/lang/String* tests too.
