RFR: 8178048: [JVMCI] improve HotSpotResolvedJavaFieldImpl.hashCode()

Graal unit tests & Graal bootstrapping. Besides that, the same code 
change is also already active for a few month in the JDK 8 that is the 
foundation for GraalVM.
